Nestled deep in the heart of the Malaria-free Waterberg bushveld in Limpopo, the hunting mecca of South Africa, is where you will find African Hunts Safaris.
Dirk Senior, a professional hunter and outfitter, was born and raised in Mussina – the heart of hunting in South Africa.
Dirk Junior followed his dad’s footsteps but went further to obtain his private helicopter pilot licence in 2018. He became co-owner to continue to and grow this well-known Outfitters business for the future. Dirk decided to grow his capacity to cope with the burgeoning influx of clients by taking on Gerrit Coetzee, better known as Biela, as a partner in African Hunts Safaris. Biela also grew up in the Waterberg area where he was exposed to the hunting Industry from a young age. As professional hunter himself he commits to the values practised by African Hunts Safaris.
Continuing a Legacy
Dirk and Biela makes sure that they exceed their client’s expectations, ensuring that every client departs as a friend with the desire to revisit African Hunts Safaris. Therefore, the name has the plural AFRICAN HUNTS.
